How to: Get kids to eat Veggies
My little guy does not like eating vegetables AT ALL. He’s only 3 years old and once told me that “veggies are the worst thing ever” LOL.
After asking advice from our family doctor, we decided to try veggies smoothies. And it WORKED!!!
Frozen fruit, veggie of choice (usually carrots, spinach or kale) and apple juice in the blender and Voilà! No more sad faces at dinner time.
